Title Insurance - TOEPP vs Std ALTA

Hi there

Seeking advice if there is a benefit to get the TOEPP title insurance that provides additional coverage over the Standard ALTA. The cost of TOEPP is 120% of the standard Owner’s Policy rate. This is for a 1 family home.

I plan to get Owner’s title insurance, just unsure if the extended policy is worth the mark up.
