This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Flatbush, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

Part of the picturesque Albemarle-Kenmore Terrace Historic District, this brick single-family house and its neighbors were advertised as “artistic English colonial homes” when completed in the early 20th century. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in October.

Updates to this early 20th century limestone in the Prospect Lefferts Historic District include a kitchen reno. Meanwhile, it still has some of the original details like mantels, moldings, and wood floors. This former House of the Day sold in August for $2.28 million, which was $120,000 under the asking price.

This turn-of-the-last-century barrel-front brick row house in Bay Ridge boasts bay windows and a neo-Classical mantel. This former Open House Pick sold in September for $1.54 million, which was $59,000 under the asking price.

An updated Beaux-Arts-style Bay Ridge row house sports carved foliate ornament, stained glass, parquet, and fretwork. This former Open House Pick sold in September for $1,601,500, which was $26,500 over the asking price.
