Lawyer Needed/ Tenants In Common agreement

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer familiar with Brooklyn Brownstone housing contracts; in particular I need to revise a Tenants In Common contract myself and my partner made 5 yrs ago.. Thanks in advance

Z, Goodman, 718-488-7764  While my TIC did not go through so I can’t vouch for her follow up, she was friendly & knowledgable on the preliminaries, and has done much TIC work. She gave me a boilerplate agreement which looked great
