This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Beverly Square West, and Bed Stuy. How did they fare?

First up, in Brooklyn Heights, this 25-foot-wide Greek Revival townhouse from the mid-19th century has wide-plank floors and black marble mantels. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $6,088,500, which was $361,500 under the asking price.

Considered a modern style in the 1830s and 1840s, Greek Revival colonnade rows are a bit scarce in 21st century Brooklyn. A picturesque row of four still exists in Brooklyn Heights, and one of the brick houses, 49 Willow Place, is on the market. This former House of the Day sold in September for the asking price of $4.525 million.

One of the early 20th century standalone houses that grace the tree-lined streets of Flatbush, this Queen Anne-style dwelling has a wide front porch, a corner tower, a nice list of period details on the interior, and two mid-century baths. This former House of the Day sold this month for $1.94 million, which was $110,000 under the asking price.

Finally, in Bed Stuy, an 1880s corner lot house designed by Amzi Hill has some period details, including mantels, wood floors, and pocket doors. The three-family is set up with rental units over an owner’s duplex. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in September.
