This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Bed Stuy, Carroll Gardens, and Midwood. How did they fare?

First on the market in 1890, this Park Slope row house still has some of the original details that lured buyers back then, including mantels, wainscoting, moldings, wood floors, and pocket doors. This former House of the Day sold in September for $3.72 million, which was $179,000 under the asking price.

In the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, this 1890s brownstone is set up with an owner’s duplex and two rentals. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $2.59 million, which was $95,000 over the asking price.

On a Carroll Gardens street known for houses with picturesque tiny doors, this row house is set up as a single-family. This former Open House Pick is still available for $1.995 million, a price cut of $55,000.

Finally, this spacious studio has an abundance of storage and a large foyer. It’s on the third floor of a six-story, 65-unit apartment building in Midwood. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for $237,500, which was $7,500 under the asking price.
